Students will learn from some of the best teachers in the city with a proven track record of success while also making teaching a sustainable profession that are skilled in building relationships with scholars, families, and the community, making them feel safe, known, and loved. Students will be empowered to perform at their highest potential through building agency, collaboration, and fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills through semester long interdisciplinary studies known as “expeditions,” tailored to their interests and talents. They will involve in depth, sophisticated research, public speaking, and professional presentation skills that lead to success in academics and real-life situations in the global marketplace and a lifelong love of learning.
